Dr. DeNardis is speaking on the Research Challenges In Internet Governance panel.
The panel is chaired and moderated by Carolyn Nguyen, Telecommunications and Internet Governance, Microsoft and the speakers, besides Dr. DeNardis are Susan Aaronson, George Washington University; Stephanie Forrest, University of New Mexico, and Brenden Kuerbis, Syracuse University.
The panel will provide an overview of most recent important issues around Internet governance. The panelists will share thoughts on how academic research can help with more thorough evidence-based dialogues with policy stakeholders. They will tackle themes like technology innovations, the economics around the Internet access, multi-stakeholder policy debates, and recent studies on socio-cultural impacts.
