Ms. Carolyn Just is a Research Associate with the Internet Governance Lab at American University. She is a current graduate student at the School of International Service studying global ethics and emerging technologies. Her interests include cyber security threats and solutions, implications of social media regulation, and global advancement of artificial intelligence. She most recently worked in public relations and digital advertising at The Glover Park Group.
Ms. Weiwei Wu is a Research Associate with the Internet Governance Lab at American University. She is a current graduated student at the School of International Service studying international development with a concentration in ICTs for development (ICT4D). She will be conducting research on Blockchain for Development for her MA capstone project. Her other research interests include cyber security, cyber policy, artificial intelligence, technology standardization, digital divide, and knowledge management. She previously worked for the International Telecommunication Union in Geneva, Switzerland drafting frameworks for Child Online Protection, and is currently interning at the U.S. Department of State working on its Digital Innovation Growth International Development Initiative.
