Each year of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), the GigaNet Annual Symposium is hosted on Day 0. This day, the event will take place both in-person in Kyoto, Japan and virtually. This year’s symposium will include discussions on Internet Governance as a field of study, the evolution of internet governance, institutions and norms, critical internet futures, and current themes in internet governance research.

This year, two members of the Internet Governance Lab, Co-Director Professor Nanette S. Levinson and Doctoral Research Fellow Kimberly Anastacio, will present papers.
