Virtual Book Launch for "Geopolitics at the Internet's Core"

The Internet Governance Lab at American University invites you to a virtual discussion of Geopolitics at the Internet’s Core on Friday, October 17, from 12:00–1:30 p.m. (ET). This event is a virtual follow-up to the in-person book launch featured here.

Moderated by Dr. Derrick L. Cogburn, the event brings together authors Fiona M. Alexander, Dr. Laura DeNardis, Dr. Nanette S. Levinson, and Dr. Francesca Musiani to explore how the Internet’s underlying protocols have become central to global power dynamics and digital governance.

Published in the Information Technology and Global Governance series (Springer / Palgrave), the book offers a timely look at the politics shaping the Internet’s core infrastructure.
